Magick Chicks gets a new artist today, and it's none other than Shouri! Anyone who's followed the series, knows that Shouri and I shared art duties on MC earlier on, and it's with great pleasure that we welcome her back. And this time, as full artist on the series! Again, we thank Cassandra for all the work she did on Magick Chicks over the past two years. Be sure to follow her on Dangerously Chloe. So without further ado, we return you to Magick Chicks!--Gisele

JANUARY 13, 2013
Archie Comics has made the variant cover I drew for Archie #636 (Reversedale issue with Archina) available as a poster. I received it last week, securely shipped in a tube. It's high quality. To those interested, it's available here while supplies last.--Gisele :)

JANUARY 7, 2013
Pixie Trix Comix launches today Sticky Dilly Buns, a new comic starring Dillon of Ma3. The cast will also include Ma3's Amber & Chanelle, and new characters will gradually be introduced as well. The creative team on the comic will consist of me and my long-time Eerie Cuties collaborator, Shouri. We'll be updating it every Monday and Friday. We hope you'll check it out, and include it in your webcomic reads. Before closing, Chloe of Go Get A Roomie is having a Kickstarter, go help her out!--Gisele :)

DECEMBER 5, 2012
Oh noes! Nina tasted blood over at Fragile! Let's hope she comes back to us craving chocolate again! Ever wondered what the Magick Chicks uniform might look like in color? Well, one of the postcards offered with our latest volume features the uniform in color (beautifully colored by Shouri btw.) Here's a snippet of it. Enjoy!--Gisele :)

NOVEMBER 20, 2012
We are now taking pre-orders for our latest volume of Eerie Cuties (w/Magick Chicks). We expect to ship the book mid-December. Like our past volumes, we include a bonus story and collector postcards. We're also running a little holiday sale on past volumes, so if you need to catch up, now's a good time. All the details on what's inside the book is at our store. You can also preview a bonus page from the bonus story. Pre-orders are important for us to determine how big to make our print run, so please, if you're interested in getting the book, considering pre-ordering it. It really does help us out. Thanks everyone!--Gisele :)

OCTOBER 22, 2012
The Eerie Cuties/Magick Chicks universe gets a new spin-off today: Dangerously Chloe! Chloe will be a familiar face to Eerie Cuties readers, but knowing Chloe's history isn't mandatory to follow this series. The update schedule will be Mondays and Thursdays. It'll be written by Dave (from EC/MC) and drawn by Cassandra Wedeking, the wonderful artist on Magick Chicks. I think it's fair to say it's in good hands. We're really happy with this new project, and we hope you'll bookmark it and make it part of your webcomic reading. To all our EC/MC readers, thanks for all the support you've given us over the years!--Gisele :)

MAY 25, 2012
Today's guest illustrator is no stranger to MC, it's by the lovely and talented, Shouri! If you haven't checked out her newest comic, Fragile, do so now! And be sure to check out her guest strip today on Vampire Cheerleaders. Thanks, Shouri!--Gisele

MAY 22, 2012
Due to unexpected events, Cass had to take a week off this week from MC. We'll be running guest strips in the meantime. Our first one comes from Severin Piehl of Little Reading. Isn't it the cutest thing? See you Friday!--Gisele

MAY 16, 2012
Layla, Nina, and Eleanor of Eerie Cuties made a guest appearance on Monday in Vampire Cheerleaders. And today, it's Tiff and Layla! Check it out!--Gisele

FEBRUARY 10, 2012
Announcement! Starting today, Cassandra Wedeking, who some of you may know from Evil Diva, will be the new artist on Magick Chicks. The reason for this is simple, I've taken on another comic related job that I couldn't refuse, and something had to give. As to if I'll ever return to art duties on MC, time will tell. It'll all depend on my future commitments. We hope you welcome Cassandra, and give her time to adjust and get comfortable here. My art/writing duties on MA3 and EC aren't changing, and same for Shouri on EC, Fragile & Springiette. Thanks for understanding, everyone!--Gisele

JANUARY 3, 2012
Thank you to JD from MAHOU SHOUNEN FIGHT for sending in this wonderful guest piece. We needed an extra day to get back on track and this fit right in. See you guys Friday for a new MC!--Gisele

DECEMBER 30, 2011
A big thank you to Maritza and Bachan of the awesome comic POWER NAP for sending in this rockin' guest strip! We're running it on both EC and MC since it seemed appropriate. Happy New Year!--Gisele

DECEMBER 27, 2011
Happy Holidays everyone! Just an FYI that we'll only have one comic update this week on Magick Chicks. Either Wednesday or Thursday.--Gisele :)

NOVEMBER 21, 2011
To wet your appetite with the bonus story found in our new EC book, here's a sample page of the 8 page print-exclusive bonus story. We're pretty happy with the story, so we hope you'll like it!

Also, the crossover between Magick Chicks and Eerie Cuties is in full swing. Be sure to visit both sites for twice the fun!

Annnnd, if you're an artist/creator who'd be interested in contributing a guest comic for either Eerie Cuties or Magick Chicks, we're looking for comics or illustrations that we could run during the Xmas & New Year holidays. Email me if you're interested!--Gisele

NOVEMBER 16, 2011
With today's Eerie Cuties update, we start sort of a mini crossover with Magick Chicks. The story that will run on each site will be self contained to each series, but they will cross path at one point. So if you're not reading one or the other, you may want to follow the next chapter of each series, as you'll be seeing characters cross over between series. Hope you enjoy!

Also, the book is at the printer and we should have it in hand at the end of the month and we'll start shipping as soon as we get it. It's shipping a little later than expected, but we really wanted to make sure we gave that bonus story all the love & attention it deserved. Thanks again everyone!--Gisele

OCTOBER 24, 2011
If you aren't reading Eerie Cuties, we'd just like to let you know that Magick Chicks will now be printed as a co-feature in vol. 1 of Eerie Cuties. It will include the first 2 chapters of the series (Artemis Academy & Role Call.) A pin-up postcard of our coven will also be included in the Collector Edition. We have a pre-order special from now until November 3/11. If you've already ordered the book, consider these added bonus! Visit our store for more detail! Thanks guys!--Gisele

SEPTEMBER 19, 2011
Shouri, our talented inker & shader has started a wonderful webcomic called Fragile. It's a PG-13 comic about a group of friends, their dreams, and their tribulations. Updates twice a week. Be sure to add it to your reading list!--Gisele

AUGUST 15, 2011
A few months ago, I got to draw two stories for an upcoming Archie double digest (#221). Well, it's coming out this week in comic book stores and next week on the newsstands. I had a lot of fun drawing it, and what made it even more fun is that I got Shouri as my inker. She's credited correctly as Shouri on one story, but incorrectly credited as Maria Robado on the other (should've been Maria Victoria Robado or Shouri) In any case, it doesn't change the fact that we got to do 2 stories for this digest. We both had fun, and we hope to do more in the future. Here's a review for you with 2 samples pages that we did, and be sure to check it out in your local comic book shop or on newsstands.--Gisele

EDIT: Found another link that previews some of our pages (along with some others.)

AUGUST 1, 2011
Zoom Comics launched today. If you enjoy Pixie Trix Comix, I suggest you check it out!--Gisele :)

JULY 29, 2011
Just an FYI that I'll be taking the first week of August off, so in the meantime, on both Eerie Cuties and Magick Chicks, we'll be running guest strips or pin-ups. You're in good hands though as Shouri has taken on pencil duties (as well as inks) to produce these guest strips and pin-ups. For EC, it'll actually be a little crossover with Paranormal Mystery Squad. Hope you like! See you the second week of August!--Gisele :)

MAY 4, 2011
Today, Pixie Trix Comix welcomes the Seven Seas Entertainment comic, Paranormal Mystery Squad. It's written by Adam Arnold (Vampire Cheerleaders & Aoi House) with art by Comipa & Ian Cang. If you enjoy Eerie Cuties & Magick Chicks, you\'re gonna love this! Be sure to bookmark it!--Gisele :)

FEBRUARY 4, 2011
Welcome to Magick Chicks! For those new here, Magick Chicks is a spin-off of Eerie Cuties, and will follow the lives of 3 witches as they adjust to their new school, Artemis Academy. You don't need to have read Eerie Cuties to understand Magick Chicks, but if you want to know more about these 3 witches, from when they attended Charybdis Heights, you can read chapter 6 and chapter 9 of Eerie Cuties. Writing is handled by Dave and myself, and final art is by Shouri, with me on breakdowns. Updates will be on Tuesdays and Fridays. Hope you enjoy the new comic!--Gisele :)
